TWS’ “SODA SODA” has reached number one on the Billboard Japan Hot 100, becoming the K-pop group’s second chart-topper in Japan after its debut single “Hajimemashite”. The result reflects strong early sales and radio performance for the title track from the group’s second Japanese single, while Aimyon’s older song “Ai Wo Tsutaetaidatoka” has returned to the chart amid anniversary events.

“SODA SODA” sold 307,037 copies after its 4 August release, placing second in both sales and radio airplay. ME:I’s “Flower Road” debuted at number two, while ≒JOY’s “Summer Twin Tail” entered at number three after selling a personal-best 371,043 copies; Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s “Brand New” remained fourth. Aimyon’s song returned at number 55, its first appearance since September 2022, supported by exhibitions and a television performance.
