## Key points

- A glitch mixes child and adult Link’s appearances.
- Fans have nicknamed the result “Lunk”.
- Players have found a reverse-age variation too.

## Summary

A glitch in the Ocarina of Time remaster has let players combine the appearances of child and adult Link, producing an awkward-looking character fans have nicknamed “Lunk”. The bug has become a source of amusement for the Zelda community and could turn into a popular meme.

The game normally gives Link the silver gauntlets only at a particular age, but glitches can trigger a cutscene that puts one version’s model into the other’s body. Players have also reported a reverse-age variation, though the article does not explain how to create it. The remaster is available on Nintendo Switch 2, and its updated visuals have divided fans.
