UNTOLD Festival has announced that its 2026 edition will provide attendees with free HPV testing and breast ultrasounds, in what organisers describe as a first for European festivals. A mobile caravan stationed near the event site in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, will give wristband-holders access to professional consultations and screenings aimed at supporting women's health. The initiative is notable for bringing cancer prevention services directly into a major music festival, targeting a young audience that such screening programmes often struggle to reach.

The service will be delivered through the Renaşterea Foundation, a long-standing UNTOLD partner that has provided free health education and medical testing across Romania for more than 20 years, carrying out over 40,000 health investigations including mammograms and Pap screenings. Representatives from both organisations framed the scheme as a historic step in making prevention more accessible. UNTOLD returns to the Cluj Arena from 6th to 9th August 2026, with a line-up including Afrojack b2b R3HAB, Alan Walker, Sara Landry, Flo Rida, Zara Larsson, Kygo and James Hype, and the event recently ranked third in DJ Mag's reader-voted Top 100 Festivals 2026 poll.
