Police in central Queensland are searching for an 11-year-old girl who went missing from Biloela on Monday, with both officers and her family expressing concern for her welfare given her young age. She was last seen in the afternoon on Gladstone Road and has had no contact with anyone since, prompting an urgent public appeal for information.

The girl is described as Caucasian with pink hair and blue eyes, and was wearing a light green dress and black slip-on shoes when last seen at around 3pm. Police are asking her or anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward, and have asked the public to contact Policelink on 131 444.
