Wage War are an American metalcore band formed in Florida in 2010. Metalcore combines heavy metal riffs and forceful vocals with elements of hardcore punk, and the band are known for mixing melodic choruses with screamed singing and breakdowns.
The group have released several albums over the past decade and built an audience through touring in North America and Europe. Their music often moves between more accessible hooks and heavier passages, a balance reflected in their live shows.
Invent Animate and Windwaker are also bands in the modern heavy music scene. A headline tour means Wage War are the main act each night, with the other groups performing earlier in the bill.
