- Saeed is escorted out before the hearing.
- The divorce case is due in court within two days.

## Summary

Episode six of *War* follows Johnny as he tries to escape suspicion while the law firms prepare for the Duval-Henderson divorce hearing. Molly flags an unexplained discrepancy and warns Serena that someone may be leaking internal communications, prompting an inquiry that puts Saeed under suspicion.

Johnny finds no useful evidence on Carla’s phone, then sends the rival firm information while impersonating Saeed, leading to Saeed’s removal from Taylor & Byrne. The episode also shows David Schill’s anxiety over the mole investigation alongside concern for his premature baby, while Morgan rejects Flora’s attempt to explain their encounter and likens it to the News of the World phone-hacking scandal.
