## Summary

Draymond Green has explained his role in a courtside confrontation with Dillon Brooks, reigniting their long-running NBA feud. Green said Brooks was not trying to calm things down, while also describing the aggression he brings to games as a response to regularly facing taller, heavier opponents.

The incident came during the Warriors’ 116-113 win over the Suns on Monday: Green threw Khaman Maluach to the floor, Brooks ran over and shoved Green, and Green grabbed Brooks by the jersey near the neck. Green received two technical fouls and was ejected; Golden State were trailing by 11 but went on to win. Green, listed at 6ft 6in and 235lb, said he can be outmatched by 20 to 60lb and needs tenacity when defending bigger centres.
