Norwegian symphonic black metal band Dimmu Borgir launched their summer 2026 North American tour on 7 August at the Palladium Times Square in New York City, with fan-filmed footage of the full concert now circulating online. The set marked the live debut of several new tracks and included a performance of "Reptile" for the first time since 2009, giving fans a first proper look at how the band's latest material translates to the stage.

The 10-date tour, supported by Suffocation and Hulder, runs until 23 August at The Novo in Los Angeles. It follows the release of Dimmu Borgir's new album "Grand Serpent Rising" on 22 May via Nuclear Blast Records, recorded in Gothenburg with producer Fredrik Nordström. Swedish act Hypocrisy withdrew from the tour on 3 August due to visa issues, while the band's line-up continues to evolve after guitarist Galder's 2024 departure and the arrival of new guitarist Kjell Åge "Damage" Karlsen; Dimmu Borgir will also co-headline a European tour with Behemoth and Dark Funeral in October 2026.
