Newly released police video shows the chaotic scene, which officers say delayed emergency vehicles, including an ambulance, and posed a significant safety risk to riders, pedestrians and other road users alike.

Officers described the gathering as involving hundreds of teenagers converging on a busy stretch of the city centre, disrupting normal traffic flow for an extended period. The incident has since led police to bring several charges against those involved, as authorities work to identify participants from the footage and deter similar mass gatherings in future.
