The rapper and singer bought the card in 2023 for a rumoured $2 million (£1.5 million), and its worth stems from its total uniqueness as the only copy ever produced, making the decision to physically play it a genuinely startling moment for the game's community.

The card was pulled at random by a lucky player in Whitby, Ontario, three years ago before Post Malone acquired it from Canadian retail worker Brook Trafton, who said selling it was "life-changing". The moment came during his appearance on The Command Zone's Game Knights show, where co-hosts reacted with disbelief, with one noting it "should be in a museum or in a vault" and another admitting concern since "our insurance doesn't cover that card".
