Billboard ·

Taylor Swift has shared new behind-the-scenes footage from her self-directed “Patient Zero” music video, showing her laughing with Dakota Johnson and cuddling with Travis Kelce between takes. The clips reveal a lighter atmosphere on set despite the video’s dark story, and show Swift checking shots with the cast and crew.

Swift plays the ghost of a murdered ex-wife, whose former husband, played by Colin Farrell, becomes involved with Johnson’s character. The video also features surprise cameos from Cara Delevingne and Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford. “Patient Zero” was released on 25 September as one of four bonus tracks on *The Life of a Showgirl*, and later became Swift’s 16th US Billboard Hot 100 number one.
