Wayne Manor Could Be Yours For Just $32M

Deadline · 2 months ago

The Pasadena mansion whose exterior served as Wayne Manor in the 1960s "Batman" television series starring Adam West has gone on the market for $32 million (£25 million). The listing offers fans of the show a chance to own a piece of screen history, though at a price the article dubs "Bruce Wayne-sized".

The 18,000-square-foot, three-level property was completed in 1928 in the Jacobean Tudor Revival style, sits on nearly five acres overlooking the Arroyo Seco, and boasts seven bedrooms and numerous bathrooms. Amenities include a pool, pickleball court, private theatre and manicured gardens, though no Batcave. Only the home's exteriors featured in the show, with interior scenes shot on soundstages. The estate sold for $4.4 million in 1999 and $20.5 million last year, with its listed size having grown from around 16,500 to 18,600 square feet.
