WheelMates, a co-operative racing game developed by Firevolt, is set to launch worldwide on PC on Tuesday, 1 September. The release date has been confirmed by the publishers, and the game lets players and a friend control tiny RC cars as they investigate a mystery in a maze-like laboratory after a professor calls for help.

The game emphasises cooperation over competition, requiring players to work together to solve puzzles and navigate obstacles rather than race against one another. As they progress through the lab, players collect upgrades to customise and improve their RC vehicles, suggesting a build system tied to progression. No demo is currently available, but the game can be wishlisted on Steam ahead of launch.
