## Key points

- “Thriller” led Halloween streaming with nearly 1.7 million US streams.
- Tame Impala’s “Dracula” followed with more than 1.1 million.
- Both songs could make a first run at No. 1 during Halloween week.

## Summary

Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” led US Halloween-song streaming on 24 October, with Tame Impala’s “Dracula” close behind. The early race matters because both tracks could contend for the Billboard Hot 100’s No. 1 spot during Halloween week for the first time.

“Thriller” drew nearly 1.7 million official on-demand US streams, its strongest daily total since November 2025. “Dracula” had more than 1.1 million, up 12% on the previous Saturday and its best day in over two months; it narrowly led “Somebody’s Watching Me” and “Ghostbusters”, which each had just under 1.1 million.
