## Key points

- Tuchel names England’s squad on Friday.
- Josh King and Will Lankshear could earn debuts.
- Dewsbury-Hall is among the possible call-ups.

## Summary

With Thomas Tuchel set to name England’s squad on Friday, several places remain open for the final international break of the year. England are close to reaching the Nations League knockout stage after beating Croatia 7-0, and wins in their upcoming matches against Croatia and Spain could secure top spot before the quarter-finals in March.

Among the possible new faces are Fulham midfielder Josh King, who has impressed for the under-21s, and Middlesbrough striker Will Lankshear, who has scored 15 goals this season, including 13 in 13 Championship games. Everton midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is also discussed as a potential call-up after two goals and two assists, while Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice are described as established selections. Lankshear missed Middlesbrough’s midweek match with a minor hamstring problem.
