## Key points

- Willie J Healey has announced a new EP, 143
- The news signals a fresh release cycle
- It follows his 2023 album Bunny

## Summary

The article reports that Willie J Healey has announced a new EP titled 143, marking the start of a new release chapter for the Oxfordshire songwriter. It matters because it follows the momentum of his recent rise in profile and gives listeners a clear sign that more material is arriving beyond his last full-length album. The announcement is presented as a straightforward update on new music rather than a broader career shift.

The key confirmed detail is the EP’s title, 143, with the news centring on Healey’s next short-form release. In context, Healey released his third album, Bunny, in 2023, after earlier records People and Their Dogs and Twin Heavy, and he has also built up a catalogue of EPs over the years, including Hello Good Morning in 2019. That places 143 as his latest project in a catalogue that has steadily expanded across both albums and EPs.
