## Summary

Police in New York arrested Anna Mochalova, 32, over two alleged assaults on Jewish men, which investigators are treating as antisemitic hate crimes. One victim was a 26-year-old rabbi who said he was followed and stabbed with a syringe in Manhattan’s Diamond District.

Police said the second alleged assault happened nearby a few hours earlier and involved a 37-year-old man. The rabbi was treated at Bellevue Hospital and released after three hours; he said he believed he was targeted because he was visibly Jewish.
