## Summary

WTFilms has taken on sales duties for *The Dregs*, a comedy-thriller set in the Italian Alps, and will launch it at the American Film Market. The film follows friends whose holiday turns perilous after they drink cursed grappa, with the announcement putting the project before international buyers.

Stephen Lang plays an evil waiter behind the bewitched recipe, while Maddie Phillips, Charlie Gillespie, Piper Curda, Nava Mau and Shohreh Aghdashloo lead the ensemble. After the group begins dying, the survivors try witchcraft and race to outlast the drink and find its creator. Connor Martin wrote and directed the film, his feature directorial debut; it wrapped filming in British Columbia and is now in post-production.
