Marvel Studios has confirmed seven principal cast members for its rebooted X-Men film at D23 2026, marking the first official ensemble announcement for the mutants’ arrival in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The reveal clarifies several casting rumours and gives the project a clearer identity ahead of its planned 2028 release.

Inde Navarrette will play Rogue, Adam Driver has been cast as villain Mister Sinister (Nathaniel Milbury), and Maya Boyd will portray Storm. Christopher Abbott is Professor Charles Xavier, while Sadie Sink, Kit Connor and Samara Weaving play Jean Grey, Cyclops and Emma Frost respectively; Marvel has set the film for release in cinemas on 5 May 2028.
