Zendaya Rules All, Once Again, in the Emmys Red Carpet Power Rankings

The Hollywood Reporter · 4 hours ago

The 78th Primetime Emmy Awards' red-carpet fashion rankings reveal that despite television viewership dropping approximately 10 per cent compared to 2025, fashion engagement on social media remained robust and competitive. The Hollywood Reporter's Red Carpet Power Rankings, compiled using Launchmetrics' proprietary Media Impact Value algorithm, demonstrate that luxury brand influence at major awards shows persists regardless of overall audience size, with a single star's appearance capable of significantly impacting brand recognition and earned engagement.

Louis Vuitton secured the top ranking with a Media Impact Value of £7.8 million, bolstered by appearances from Selena Gomez, Katherine LaNasa and Emmy-winning Rhea Seehorn. Prada finished closely in second place with £7.7 million in MIV, largely attributable to Zendaya's appearance in a look that fashion critics unanimously declared the night's best-dressed, despite her stylist Law Roach's Instagram post being her primary social media footprint with over 252,000 likes. Chanel claimed third place with £7.2 million MIV by dressing four female attendees including Nicole Kidman and Ayo Edebiri, whilst Balenciaga and Vivienne Westwood rounded out the top five with notable appearances from Sarah Snook and Florence Pugh.

  • Emmy viewership fell 10 per cent but fashion social-media engagement remained strong
