Rock Sound · 22 hours ago

A charity concert named MKF Fest (Miles Kent Forever Fest) will take place in Nottingham on 15 August in memory of Miles Kent, a well-known figure in the alternative music scene. The two-stage event, hosted at Rescue Rooms and Red Rooms, will feature Catch Fire, Miles's former band, alongside HERIOT and a wide-ranging line-up of other acts, with proceeds going to charity.

All ticket proceeds will support the Miles Kent Forever Foundation, with funds split between The Christie Charity and a local initiative established in Miles's name that provides young musicians with instruments, lessons and creative spaces. The full line-up also includes Miscreant, No Honour, Those Once Loyal, Blight Town, Moon Reaper, These Minds, Coast To Coast, Pat Cunningham, Adam Zareba, Connor O'Rourke, Adam Neeson and Daniel Collier, with tickets available now.
