Haigh departed her transport secretary role in 2024 after a fraud allegation surfaced, while Healey stepped down from defence secretary last month in a disagreement over military funding. Miliband continues in his existing capacity overseeing energy security and net zero policy, and Dan Jarvis of Barnsley already serves as defence secretary.
