Nintendo's dedicated music streaming application has been updated with instrumental-style versions of soundtracks from multiple Mario Kart titles spanning different console generations. The latest batch features tracks from Mario Kart: Super Circuit and Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, released as curated 'Free Roam' collections designed for casual listening.

The update is part of a broader strategy to expand the music service's game soundtrack catalogue. A previous update the same week had introduced similar content from the New Super Mario Bros. series and Mario Paint, whilst the platform separately added the Donkey Kong Bananza collection, a comprehensive music archive containing over eight hours of material from the franchise.
