Police in Baltimore are investigating a man accused of exposing himself and urinating on a family during a Morgan Wallen concert at M&T Bank Stadium on Saturday night. The allegation, made by concertgoer Troy Grevelding from upstate New York, came after a tense exchange with a man seated behind his group, who had reportedly been loud and repeatedly bumping into them; the incident has drawn attention after Grevelding shared video of the aftermath online, which went viral.

Grevelding said that after he asked the man to stop being disruptive, he felt liquid on his leg and turned to find the man exposing himself and urinating on him, his wife and his eight-year-old niece. He confronted the man, who reportedly told him "it's good, bro", before Grevelding alerted stadium security and police. According to Grevelding, officers declined to arrest the man on the spot because none of them had directly witnessed the act, a response he criticised in a Facebook video that has since spread widely; police say the matter remains under investigation.
