Goth-folk artist Chelsea Wolfe has unveiled a new studio album titled 'The Dark,' arriving next month through Loma Vista Records. The release continues Wolfe's paranormal aesthetic, coinciding with her recent role as the face of a supernatural-themed fragrance. The album's opening track, 'Cold,' premiered today alongside a seance-inspired music video directed by Magdalena Wosinska.

Produced by Jennifer Decilveo and co-produced by longtime collaborator Ben Chisolm, the album marks a shift toward guitar-heavy arrangements and rock elements. The ten-track record features contributions from Troy Van Leeuwen of Queens of the Stone Age, Warpaint drummer Stella Mozgawa, and musicians associated with Nine Inch Nails, reflecting Wolfe's expanded sonic direction from her 2024 previous release.
