Charli XCX has released "Camera," the final single from her forthcoming seventh album, Music, Fashion, Film. The track reflects on her recent shift towards acting, with lyrics that see her questioning whether to move away from pop music, before concluding that the vulnerability of performing on camera is worthwhile. The release matters as it caps off a rollout of singles that has traced her evolving identity between music and film ahead of the album's launch.

The song follows a rock-inflected sound established in earlier singles "Rock Music," "SS26" and "Wink Wink," and arrives with a one-take music video directed by Aidan Zamiri, starring French actor Vincent Cassel and depicting a chaotic film shoot beset by technical mishaps. Music, Fashion, Film is due out on Friday, 24th July 2026, and Charli XCX will support it with a North American arena tour beginning in September, alongside headline slots at Lollapalooza, Outside Lands and Austin City Limits.
