It marks the trio's first-ever chart-topper on any Billboard survey and makes them the sixth act to lead Alternative Airplay for the first time in 2026, highlighting how quickly the song has connected with rock and alternative radio.

The track reached No. 1 in just its 14th week, the fastest climb by a debuting act since sombr's "Back to Friends" in June 2025. It also holds at No. 2 on the Rock & Alternative Airplay chart with 4.4 million audience impressions (up 23%), sits at No. 9 on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs, and reaches No. 47 on the all-genre Hot 100, with 6.3 million US streams and 4.5 million audience impressions in the 10-16 July week, according to Luminate. Notably, "Self Aware" remains the only song the Los Angeles-formed, Israeli trio has released to date.
