Melbourne band Radio Free Alice have released a new single, 'Kick In The Shins', which explores themes of confusion with contemporary culture and the isolation that can accompany it. The upbeat, guitar-led track continues the new wave/post-punk act's steady output following recent singles, and arrives as the band prepare for a run of major UK and European festival appearances this summer.

The song, out now via Atlantic, was formed by combining the verse of one unfinished track with the chorus of another, according to frontman Noah Learmonth. It was made with returning collaborators Ewan Pearson and Peter Katis, and follows a strong run for the band, including a sold-out Australian tour with Geese and a debut at New York's Governors Ball. They play Tramlines and Truck Festival this week, before further dates at Y Not, Boardmasters, Way Out West and Reading Festival, ending their live run at Chicago's Riot Fest on 18 September.
