CAA has hired Elle Skinner, the head of talent at Free Focus Management, to join its UK creators division as an agent in London, where she will represent digital-first talent and advise creators building their own businesses. The move continues CAA's rapid expansion into the creator economy in the UK, reflecting the growing importance agencies are placing on digital talent as the sector matures across Europe.

Skinner spent seven years at Free Focus, rising from talent manager to head of talent, and previously worked in TV production at Endemol. Her past clients include Helen Anderson, Hobbie Stuart, Beth Sandland, Francesca Perks, Emma Tamsin Hill, Gabriella Lindley and BBC Radio 1's Alyx Holcombe. She joins fellow recent recruit Georgia Katz at CAA, whose UK creators roster also includes William Hanson, Fin Taylor, Max Klymenko, Jordan North and Vick Hope, alongside US creators such as KSI and Dhar Mann.
