This Switch 2 gaming pillow is the weirdest accessory I’ve tested so far, but it’s on sale should you want a better way to game in bed
GamesRadar has reviewed a novelty gaming pillow accessory designed for the Nintendo Switch 2, which the reviewer describes as one of the strangest gadgets they have tested. The product is aimed at people who like to play games in bed, offering a more comfortable, supported way to hold the console and controllers while lying down, and it is currently available at a discounted price.
The review frames the pillow as an unconventional but potentially useful accessory rather than an essential purchase, weighing its comfort benefits against its odd design. Specific pricing and technical details were not available in the retrieved article content, though the piece notes the item is currently on sale for those interested in a more relaxed way to game with their Switch 2.
In short
- GamesRadar reviews a quirky Switch 2 gaming pillow accessory.
- Designed to make playing in bed more comfortable.
- The accessory is currently available at a discounted price.
Explained simply
The Nintendo Switch 2 is a games console that can be used with a television or held as a portable device. Its detachable controllers, called Joy-Con, let players use it in different ways, including while lying down.
Accessories such as stands and cushions are made to make portable gaming more comfortable. A gaming pillow is intended to support the console and the player’s arms in bed, though its unusual shape may not suit everyone.
Whether such an accessory is useful depends on how and where someone plays. It is an optional comfort item rather than something needed to use the console.
