Poinpy, a mobile platformer previously available only to Netflix subscribers, has returned as a free download for iOS and Android after being pulled from Netflix's games lineup. Developer Ojiro Fumoto and publisher Devolver Digital had said they hoped to bring the game to other platforms after its removal, and it is now available with no adverts or microtransactions.

Poinpy launched in 2022 as a Netflix exclusive before being removed from the service in June 2025, leaving it effectively unplayable for over a year. The game, a colourful inversion of Fumoto's earlier title Downwell, has players bouncing upwards through procedurally generated levels collecting fruit to feed a following creature, with roguelite elements such as permanent upgrades and run-based power-ups; players can optionally tip Fumoto within the app.
