“Come and experience a night you’ll remember for the rest of your life.” Pulp share trailer, and release date, for new film What Do You Do For An Encore?
Pulp have released the first trailer for their forthcoming documentary, What Do You Do For An Encore?, and confirmed that the 90-minute film will be released soon. Directed by Garth Jennings, it follows the Sheffield band’s rise from relative obscurity to major cultural influence, while documenting their biggest arena performance to date.
The film is narrated by singer Jarvis Cocker and combines footage from the global tour supporting More, Pulp’s first album in 24 years, with previously unseen archive material spanning four decades. Its title and focus reflect the band’s return to large-scale live performance and renewed activity after a long gap between studio albums.
