Countries judged to enforce prohibitions on forced-labour imports, including the UK, Canada, the EU, India and Mexico, face 10% duties, while Australia, Brazil, China and Japan face 12.5%; the measures rely on a different 1974 trade-law provision and are likely to face legal challenges.
