Love Island USA contestant Kenzie Annis has denied online claims that she supports Donald Trump, calling the speculation offensive and rejecting the assumption that her appearance indicates her political views. The rumours stemmed from unverified screenshots said to show her standing in front of Trump flags, and she addressed them during an Instagram livestream.

Annis appeared on season eight of the Peacock dating programme, where she formed several couples before leaving shortly before the final with Dylan Wrona. The pair have since confirmed their relationship, while the season’s reunion is scheduled to air on Peacock on 31 August at 6pm Pacific Time/9pm Eastern Time.
