Police located a teenager who had been missing from Lowestoft, Suffolk since late July and was believed to be residing in woodland near Doncaster in South Yorkshire. Officers discovered the young woman alive and secured her safety with assistance from law enforcement.

Following the discovery, authorities arrested a 39-year-old man as part of their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the girl's disappearance and her time in the woods. The man was taken into custody for questioning whilst the missing person was placed in police care.
