Splatoon Raiders has debuted at number one on the UK physical gaming charts, taking the top spot away from Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced in its very first week on sale. It's a strong showing for Nintendo's new spinoff, which had only been available for two days when the chart data was collected, underlining strong early demand for the title.

Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced slipped to second place, while Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream held onto third to complete the podium. Elsewhere in the top 40, Star Fox fell to 15th and Rhythm Heaven Groove dropped out entirely, reportedly due to ongoing physical distribution issues, while other notable movers included Mario Kart World climbing to eighth and Super Mario Bros. Wonder rising to 24th.
