A fire tore through three hay-filled barns and destroyed agricultural machinery at a farm in Fosterhouses, near Fishlake in Doncaster, on Sunday afternoon. South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service released images showing the scale of the blaze, which required a large multi-agency response, though no injuries to people or animals were reported.

Crews were called to the farm on Sorrell Lane at around 13:00 BST and found three barns and machinery, including a tractor, already ablaze. Tackling the fire required six engines, one of which came from Humberside Fire and Rescue, along with a specialist vehicle from Nottinghamshire. The cause of the fire has not yet been established.
