Latitude Festival has signed a new 20-year lease with the Rous family, securing its future at Henham Park in Suffolk until 2046. Founder and managing director Melvin Benn made the announcement on the closing day of the festival's 20th edition, calling the estate inseparable from the event itself and pledging that Latitude would continue championing new artists rather than resting on its anniversary.

This year's edition drew around 40,000 attendees and was headlined by David Byrne, Teddy Swims and Lewis Capaldi, with other acts including The Flaming Lips, Wet Leg, Self Esteem and Billy Ocean. Henham Park owner Hektor Rous said the festival had been vital in funding the restoration of the estate. Latitude will return from 22 to 25 July 2027, with a loyalty ticket discount available to past attendees who register by 2 August, ahead of loyalty sales on 5 August and early-bird tickets on 13 August.
