Kanye West has reached a confidential settlement with Lauren Pisciotta, who served as his personal assistant, executive assistant, A&R, and chief of staff between 2021 and 2023. The lawsuit, filed in 2024, has concluded with undisclosed settlement terms, according to court records and media reports.

Pisciotta alleged that West subjected her to sexual harassment, sexual assault, and drugging without her consent during her employment. Her complaint documented specific incidents she claimed occurred aboard a private jet and at social gatherings, describing what she characterised as a pattern of unwanted physical contact and misconduct.
