Entertainment executives Michelle Mendelovitz and Cory Bennett Lewis have launched Warrior Productions, a new film and television company that will develop projects based on both original ideas and existing intellectual property, working with established and emerging creators. The launch reunites the pair, who briefly overlapped at Mattel Television Studios, and marks their first joint venture after separate high-profile careers at major studios and production houses.

Warrior's initial development slate includes three projects: the supernatural horror feature "DeMonica", set on the Mexican border and centred on a former hitwoman confronting a demonic force; the sci-fi drama "The Continuers"; and "Bordello Princess", a series about Marguerite Alibert. Mendelovitz previously held senior roles at 20th Television, Apple TV and Sony Pictures Television, working on shows including "Severance" and "The Good Doctor", while Lewis served as Head of Production at J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot, contributing to franchises such as Star Wars and Mission: Impossible. Both described the company as a home for bold, emotionally authentic storytelling aimed at global audiences.
