Cardi B Announces ‘Ah Ha’ Single Release Date & It’s Coming Sooner Than You Think
Cardi B has confirmed that her new single "Ah Ha" will be released on Friday, 1 August, marking her first solo release since her chart-topping September 2025 album *Am I the Drama?*. The announcement followed an enthusiastic response from fans after she previewed the track on Monday, prompting Cardi and Atlantic Records to fast-track a release date.
The song features a repeated hook of its title alongside lyrics aimed at critics and former partners, and also includes a line criticising Donald Trump, continuing her history of public comments about the US president. Cardi also used Instagram Live to clarify that a lyric about not being "trapped" by a baby was not, as some fans speculated, a reference to her ex-boyfriend Stefon Diggs. The single's artwork reuses the Dominican Republic flag-themed bikini from her original teaser video, and comes as the 33-year-old rapper continues promoting her Little Miss Drama Tour, her first headline run across North America.
