Kanye West has settled a lawsuit brought by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who accused him of sexual assault, sex trafficking, sexual harassment and wrongful termination. The settlement resolves a high-profile case involving serious allegations that West’s legal team consistently denied, though its terms have not been made public.

Pisciotta worked for West between 2021 and 2023 and first sued in June 2024, later expanding her claims to include stalking, sexual battery, false imprisonment and an alleged drugging and assault at a recording session. Court documents reportedly show the settlement was reached on 23 July, and Pisciotta must seek dismissal within 45 days; her lawyer said the matter had been resolved, while West’s representatives had not commented.
