The British crime drama’s performance highlights continuing international demand for detective series beyond better-known programmes such as Broadchurch, Shetland and Line of Duty.

The first series premiered on Channel 5 in the UK in October 2024 before arriving internationally on Acorn TV, while the second series aired in March 2026. Its first season holds an 81% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, and the latest episodes featured investigations into a missing boy, a murder linked to old grudges and a student’s death beneath scaffolding. Reports suggest a third series may reach Acorn TV in summer 2027, although no firm future plans have been confirmed.
