Universal has announced a new haunted-house attraction inspired by Ozzy Osbourne for its 2026 Halloween Horror Nights events, extending the late Black Sabbath singer’s long association with horror imagery into an immersive theme-park experience. The attraction matters because it places one of heavy metal’s most influential figures at the centre of a major Halloween event, with the experience drawing on both his music and his “Prince of Darkness” persona rather than being a rollercoaster.

At Universal Studios Hollywood, visitors will begin in Birmingham, Osbourne’s home city, before entering surreal, darker worlds inspired by his work. The house is said to draw on all 13 of his solo albums; it follows Universal’s 2013 Black Sabbath: 13 3D maze, but is intended to focus specifically on Osbourne’s solo legacy. Halloween Horror Nights runs from 28 August in Orlando and from 3 September in Hollywood.
