33 Years Into His Career, Tim McGraw Finally Plays Fenway Park—and Reveals the One Way He “Beat” His Dad
Country star Tim McGraw played Fenway Park for the first time on 30 July, marking a milestone in a career spanning more than three decades. The historic Boston venue, home of the Red Sox since the early 1900s, had never previously hosted a McGraw concert despite his long list of achievements, which include Hollywood film roles and induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame.
During the show, McGraw told fans he had achieved something his late father, former Major League pitcher Tug McGraw, never managed: playing at Fenway.
