Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced a new 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release of Interview with the Vampire, the 1994 gothic horror film starring Tom Cruise as the vampire Lestat, arriving on 22 September in both standard and limited-edition SteelBook formats. The re-release marks a significant upgrade for the cult classic, often cited as one of Cruise's most acclaimed non-action performances, and gives longtime fans a chance to revisit the film in enhanced quality alongside a wealth of new supplementary material.

The edition features a new 4K restoration with Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos audio, plus previously unseen bonus content including two new featurettes, "Eternal Night and Deadly Light" and "Interview with the Vampire: Creating the World." It also retains director Neil Jordan's audio commentary, the "In the Shadow of the Vampire" documentary, and deleted scenes. Directed by Jordan and based on Anne Rice's novel, the film follows plantation owner Louis de Pointe du Lac, turned into a vampire by Lestat, as he struggles with guilt over feeding on humans across the centuries.
