Polygon has published a guide explaining how players can unlock the ski lift in Big Walk, a hiking-themed exploration game with a large open map. The lift offers a faster way to cross the mountainous terrain than hiking or climbing, making it a useful shortcut once players tire of navigating trees, rocks and steep inclines on foot.

To activate it, players must first complete the green tower by collecting five red gourd-shaped items earned from challenges and placing them in compartments at the tower's top. The resulting key must then be used at five keyholes scattered across the mountain before reaching a blue ski lift station east of the green tower, where inserting the key switches it on. Once active, the lift carries players over the peaks beneath the green and yellow towers and connects the southern mountains to the north-western corner, passing several challenge spots along the way.
