The album, due 28 August on Run For Cover Records, demonstrates Hunt's eclectic approach to composition, drawing from influences spanning hip-hop-inflected alt-rock to post-Beck experimentation.

'Getting Older' takes a more conventional heartland rock direction, with Hunt's vocals centre on themes of ageing and resilience. The production emphasises an interplay between piano and lead guitar that builds momentum through instrumental passages, creating a propulsive backdrop for lyrics that acknowledge the passage of time whilst asserting that possibility endures.
