American band HEALTH, alongside members of Ice Nine Kills and Periphery, have contributed original music to the soundtrack of Crimson Moon, a new gothic action-adventure RPG from indie studio ProbablyMonsters. The collaboration underscores the growing trend of established rock and metal artists lending their sound to video games, giving the title's boss battles a distinct heavy-music identity ahead of its release.

Crimson Moon launches on 1 September for PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5, casting players as Nephilim, human-angel hybrids defending the besieged city of Gildenarch through solo or co-op combat. The core score is composed by Chris Wilson and ProbablyMonsters' Steve Pardo, while HEALTH, Ice Nine Kills' Ricky Armellino, Periphery's Misha Mansoor and YouTuber Jared Dines have created four original tracks specifically for the game's world boss encounters, which players unlock after clearing three districts.
