Blind Channel Announce New Album ‘Painstream’
Finnish rock band Blind Channel have announced their new album, 'Painstream', due for release on 30 October via Century Media Records. It will be their first full-length record since 2024's 'Exit Emotions', and the band have framed it around the theme of pain as a unifying human experience that ultimately reveals hope.
The 12-track album features guest vocals from Aaron Pauley of Of Mice & Men on the song 'Into The Void', alongside tracks such as 'Messiah', 'Youthanasia' and closer 'Ache'. To mark the announcement, the band have also released a short film showcasing two songs from the record, 'Diana' and 'No Encores In A Swan Song', described as ranging from a chaotic anthem to an atmospheric epic.
